Our Team

Ryan Laiche

Ryan has over 15 years of construction experience with a diverse background in commercial & residential construction projects. Ryan's focus for the past 8 years has been within the luxury residential construction market with projects ranging in excess of $50 million.

Ryan has spent the past 15+ years working for some of the largest construction general contractors in the US, allowing him to gain invaluable experience from some of the best minds in construction. This invaluable experience has allowed Ryan to bring this level of expertise in the development of KERY Builders.

Ryan earned his undergraduate degree in business finance and completed his master course work in construction management. Ryan is a LEED-accredited professional and is a licensed general contractor (License #CGC1522067).

Kelly Kyle

Kelly grew up working in South Florida within a family of contractors ranging from landscaping, plumbing and general contracting. Kelly worked his teenage years and early 20s with his family’s business.

Kelly initially began his career specializing in the “building envelope” division of the construction industry. Here he became an expert in roofing, exterior wall barriers and in-ground basement waterproofing. Kelly continues these services with his sister company Dryshell. Kelly continues to be trusted by various architects & homeowners throughout South Florida as their go to waterproofing consultant for premium home builds. He has provided these services throughout South Florida and The Caribbean.

After roughly 20 years of building envelope enclosures experience, Kelly decided to incorporate this experience into a turnkey home building product with KERY Builders. Kelly's building envelope expertise will bring a level of comfort to his clients regarding one of the leading issues in custom home building which is, water intrusion. Kelly holds his Florida State Roofing License (License #CCC1330223) and is a licensed general contractor (License #CGC1513632).
